Service Description
Beautiful twirls, loops and extensions; everything you need to create mesmerising legs and hypnotising movements. You will learn a sequence of moves on the floor and around the pole, fluidly linking each element with gorgeous leg articulations. This class will start with a mobility warm up, based on Emily Laura’s expertise as an FRC Specialist, designed to help you access and increase your range of motion. You will need to be comfortable with basic spins (chair spin, attitude, and fireman) and pirouettes. Heels or barefoot - knee pads highly recommended

Cirque L'amour holds a 24 hour cancellation policy to allow other customers to book in the cancelled slot. Cancellations made 24 hours before your class will be refunded into your account however if the reservations are cancelled within the 24 hour time limit no refunds or exchanges will be given. Please note when refunds are issued we charge 10% of your paid price, this is to cover the website fees that we occur when your originally book your class.
